2.Users shall review and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy before using the Service.
3.Instructions, usage limits, precautions, guidelines, and other individual conditions displayed within the Service form part of these Terms.
4.If these Terms conflict with individual conditions, these Terms prevail unless the individual conditions expressly provide otherwise.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following definitions apply in these Terms.
1."User" means an individual, corporation, or other organization that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
2."Registered User" means a User who has completed account registration for the Service.
3."Early Member" means a Registered User permitted to use the Service under trial conditions before formal pricing plans or feature tiers are determined.
4."User Data" means category names, link names, URLs, notes, settings, Bridge text or files, and all other information that a User enters, transmits, or saves in the Service.
5."External Service" means a third-party service used to provide the Service, including authentication, data storage, delivery, and email transmission.
Article 3 (Service Description)
1.The Service provides functionality for organizing links to websites and similar destinations by category and displaying and using them across multiple devices.
2.The Service may provide link registration, editing, deletion, reordering, search, page-title and favicon retrieval, import and export, bookmarklets, temporary transfer of text or files between devices, and other features determined by us.
3.We may provide all or part of the Service as an early-access, experimental, or in-development feature.
4.The Service does not guarantee the content, accuracy, safety, continuity, or availability of linked websites.
Article 4 (Registration)
1.Applicants shall provide accurate and current information and register using the method prescribed by us.
2.We may decline registration or restrict use after registration in any of the following cases.
1.Registration information is false, incorrect, or incomplete.
2.The applicant has previously committed a material violation of these Terms.
3.There is a risk of misuse, interference with the Service, or infringement of a third party's rights.
4.There is another reasonable basis relating to the safe operation of the Service.
3.Registered Users shall promptly update their registration information when it changes.
Article 5 (Use by Minors)
Minors shall obtain consent from a parent, guardian, or other legal representative as necessary before using the Service.
Article 6 (Account Management)
1.Registered Users are responsible for appropriately managing their accounts and authentication information.
2.Registered Users must not transfer, lend, or share their accounts with third parties.
3.A Registered User who becomes aware of unauthorized use or a risk of unauthorized use shall promptly contact us.
4.Except where attributable to us, a Registered User bears losses arising from inadequate management, operational error, or third-party use of the account.
Article 7 (Free Provision and Early Members)
1.During the effective period of this First Edition, the Service is provided free of charge. We will not charge a User without the User's express application.
2.Early Members may receive broader usage limits or experimental features than free members after the formal launch. Early Member status does not guarantee that those conditions or features will be maintained indefinitely.
3.During early access, we may use usage trends to consider features, usage limits, and pricing plans, but not for user-specific advertising or profiling. Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.If we introduce paid features or memberships, we will display in advance the price, offering, contract term, payment method, cancellation and refund conditions, and other material terms. Users will not automatically transition to a paid contract unless they separately apply.
5.When paid features begin, we will revise these Terms to a Second Edition and separately obtain the consent required for purchase or application.
Article 8 (Usage Limits and Feature Changes)
1.We may establish or change limits on categories, links, storage, and other usage based on system load, security, actual usage, test results, or other reasonable circumstances.
2.If existing User Data exceeds a newly reduced limit, users will generally remain able to view, delete, and export existing data, while new additions or updates may be restricted. This does not apply where illegal conduct, misuse, a security risk, or a material burden on the Service is involved.
3.For changes that materially affect users, we will provide reasonable advance notice except for urgent security responses, legal compliance, sudden changes to External Services, or similar circumstances.
Article 9 (User Data)
1.Rights in User Data remain with the User or other lawful rights holder and do not automatically transfer to us under these Terms.
2.Users represent that they hold the rights or permissions necessary to process User Data through the Service and that the data does not violate law or third-party rights.
3.Users grant us a non-exclusive right to process User Data to the extent necessary to provide, store, synchronize, display, convert, back up, troubleshoot, prevent misuse of, and support the Service.
4.Without the User's consent, we will not publicly disclose or sell User Data or use it for third-party advertising or user-specific profiling.
Article 10 (Linked Destinations and External Content)
1.Users register links and access linked destinations at their own judgment and responsibility.
2.Page titles, favicons, and other information retrieved or displayed by the Service are reference information obtained from linked destinations or External Services. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or currency.
3.We do not control changes, closure, outages, malware, fraud, rights infringements, or other matters originating at linked destinations, except where attributable to us.
4.Users must not use the Service for URLs they are not authorized to access, illegal information, or information that infringes third-party rights.
Article 11 (Import, Export, and Backup)
1.Users are responsible for confirming the content of and rights relating to data they import.
2.Users shall retain necessary data themselves by using the Service's export feature or another method we provide.
3.We implement reasonable safeguards and recovery measures, but do not guarantee that all User Data will always be preserved or can be restored to any chosen point in time.
Article 12 (Bridge and Other Temporary Storage Features)
1.Bridge and other temporary storage features are subject to the item-count, capacity, format, and retention limits displayed by us. Bridge currently stores one text item and one file for five minutes each; text is limited to 20,000 characters and files to 4 MB.
2.Users must not save private keys, passwords, authentication information, highly confidential information, or other information whose leakage could cause serious harm in a temporary storage feature.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Service.

5.Placing an excessive burden on the Service, servers, or networks
6.Unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, storage or distribution of malware, or attempts to do so

8.Interfering with operation of the Service or another User's use of it
9.Reverse engineering the Service, except as permitted by law
10.Other conduct comparable to the preceding items that reasonably risks harming the safety or reliability of the Service
Article 14 (Usage Restrictions and Cancellation of Registration)
1.If a User violates these Terms, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account, or cancel registration according to the nature, impact, and urgency of the violation.
2.Except in urgent cases, we will, to the extent possible, notify the User of the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation.
3.In urgent cases involving unauthorized access, malware, material rights infringement, interference with the Service, or similar conduct, we may take necessary measures without prior notice.
4.Unless prohibited by law, security requirements, or third-party rights, we will endeavor to provide a User subject to a restriction or cancellation with a reasonable opportunity to export or delete data.
Article 15 (Account Closure)
1.Registered Users may request account deletion at any time using the method prescribed by us.
2.A deletion request may be canceled during the cancellation period displayed by us. Use of the Service may be restricted during that period.
3.After the cancellation period, we delete the account and User Data except for information required for legal retention obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or similar purposes.
4.Deleted data cannot be restored. Registered Users shall export necessary data before requesting deletion.

3.Unauthorized access, an attack, or another security risk exists.
4.An earthquake, typhoon, fire, or other event of force majeure occurs.
5.Suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Service or users.
When reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of scheduled suspensions.
Article 17 (Changes to and Termination of the Service)
1.We may change or discontinue the Service for reasonable technical, operational, or business reasons.
2.If the entire Service is terminated, we will generally provide notice at least 30 days before the termination date, except where an urgent and unavoidable circumstance applies.
3.To the extent reasonably possible, we will provide a period or method for export before termination so users can save necessary User Data.
Article 18 (External Services)
1.Portions of the Service depend on External Services for authentication, data storage, delivery, email transmission, and other functions.
2.Outages, maintenance, specification changes, usage restrictions, pricing changes, or termination of an External Service may change or make unavailable all or part of the Service.
3.An External Service provider's terms of use or privacy policy may apply to use of that External Service.
Article 19 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1.Intellectual property rights in the Service, software, screens, logos, designs, text, and other content we provide belong to us or the lawful rights holder.
2.These Terms do not transfer or license those rights to a User beyond what is necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 20 (Handling of Personal Information)
1.We handle user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
2.We distinguish aggregation of usage trends for service improvement from review of saved content. If saved content must be reviewed for support, failure investigation, or security response, the review will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
3.We distinguish emails necessary for authentication or operation of the Service from advertising or promotional emails. Promotional emails are sent only when the User has separately consented.
Article 21 (Scope of Warranties)
1.We provide the Service with reasonable care.
2.Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not warrant that the Service will always be available or error-free, that every defect will be corrected, that it will operate on every device or browser, or that it will be suitable for a User's particular purpose.
3.This Article does not exempt us from liability imposed by law for losses caused by our intent or negligence.
Article 22 (Our Liability)
1.If a User incurs loss due to our default or tort, we are liable in accordance with applicable law.
2.If loss is caused by our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary loss actually incurred, up to an aggregate maximum of JPY 10,000.
3.The preceding paragraph does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us or our representatives or personnel, injury to life or body, or another case in which limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
4.If any part of this Article is invalid under the Consumer Contract Act or another law, our liability will be determined to the extent permitted by law.
Article 23 (User Responsibility)
1.A User who causes loss to us or a third party through a violation of these Terms or through intent or negligence is responsible in accordance with applicable law.
2.A User shall handle, at the User's own responsibility, disputes with third parties concerning User Data or use of linked destinations, except where attributable to us.
Article 24 (Notices)
1.We provide notices to users by displaying them within the Service, sending them to registered email addresses, or using another reasonable method.
2.Registered Users shall keep their registered email address current so they can receive important notices from us.

2.When amending these Terms under the preceding paragraph, we will announce the fact of the amendment, the amended content, and the effective date through the Service or another appropriate method before the amendment takes effect.
3.For an amendment that materially disadvantages users, we will provide a reasonable notice period and obtain renewed express consent when required by law or the nature of the amendment.
4.If we add paid-feature purchases, a new purpose for using saved content, or another matter that could not reasonably have been anticipated from prior consent, we will provide the necessary explanation and obtain consent.
Article 26 (Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
1.Without our prior consent, Users may not assign or transfer their contractual status or rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, or provide them as security.
2.If we transfer the business relating to the Service to a third party or conduct a company split or another business succession, we may transfer to the successor the contractual status, rights and obligations under these Terms, and necessary user information in accordance with applicable law.
Article 27 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Article 28 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)
1.These Terms and the service agreement are governed by the laws of Japan.
2.The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute concerning these Terms or the Service through consultation.
3.If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the Kochi District Court or Kochi Summary Court will be the agreed court of first instance. This does not prevent jurisdiction from being recognized in the courts of a consumer's residence or another court under consumer contract or other applicable laws.
